Weak air conditioning could leave guests sweating in warmer weather!!! Street noise at night isn't exactly conducive to a restful sleep!!! Some rooms feel cramped, perfect only for solo travelers!!!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. The food was the best hotel food ever, scallops and sirloin steak were to die for! Breakfast was amazin too, all meat from a local butcher. The bed was huge and super comfy, great shower too.
parking can be a bit tricky n the area around the hotel isn't the prettiest.

Solo traveler looking for comfort
The breakfast was top notch, I mean, poached eggs with salmon? That's how you start a day!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still reasonable for the quality.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend getaway in Chard with great value-to-price ratio. Breakfast cooked fresh was a highlight, especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Make sure to ask for directions to the parking. It's a bit tricky to find.

The hotel had a beautiful garden perfect for the kids to run around in and a lovely cosy snug with a television for family movie nights. The staff were cute, especially Shin, who made sure we were well taken care of.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to do inside, especially on a rainy day.
